By visiting/using the Platform, you agree to this Policy, the Terms of Use, applicable product/service terms, and the laws of India. If you do not agree, please do not use/access the Platform.
We collect personal data when you use the Platform/Services or interact with us. This may include: name, date of birth, address, phone, email, and identity/address proofs. With consent, we may collect sensitive data such as bank/credit/debit details or biometric data (e.g., facial/physiological info to enable opted features) per applicable law. You can choose not to provide information by not using certain features. We may track behaviour/preferences and compile aggregated analytics. We collect transaction-related data, including via third-party partners (governed by their policies). Beware of phishing—we never ask for PINs or passwords; report such incidents to law enforcement.

You may delete your account via your profile/settings or by contacting us. We may refuse/delay deletion if there are pending grievances, claims, shipments, or services. You may access, rectify, and update personal data via Platform functionalities.
By providing personal data, you consent to its processing per this Policy. If you share others’ data, you represent you have authority to do so. You consent to being contacted by us/our partners via SMS, IM apps, calls, and/or email for purposes stated herein. You may withdraw consent by writing to the Grievance Officer (see below) with subject “Withdrawal of consent for processing personal data”. We may verify such requests; withdrawal is not retrospective and may affect provision of Services.
