This policy explains how you can cancel or seek a refund for products/services purchased through
the Platform.
- Cancellation Window. Cancellations will be considered if requested within
2 days of placing the order. Requests may be declined if the
seller/merchant has been notified and shipping initiated or the product is out for delivery.
In such cases, you may refuse the product at the doorstep.
- Perishables. We do not accept cancellations for perishable items (e.g.,
flowers, eatables). Refund/replacement may be offered if product quality is not good.
- Damaged/Defective Items. Report within 2 days of receipt.
Claims will be entertained after the seller/merchant verifies at their end.
- Not as Described. If the product is not as shown or as expected, notify
customer service within 2 days of receipt for review and decision.
- Manufacturer Warranty. For products with manufacturer warranties, please
contact the manufacturer directly.
- Refund Timelines. Where refunds are approved by Thulir IAS
Academy, processing may take up to 15 days.
